Tina Freitag, the Director of Fusion Dance Academy, has a BS in Dance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has had many wonderful experiences to attribute to her dance career along the way. She has studied under the direction of Bill Evans, Jin Wen Yu, Li Chao Ping, Tania Issac, Fellow Traveler's Performance Group, Wade Robson, Chris Judd, Dave Scott, and Mia Micheals. Tina was in Grease, and American Musical Celebration at the Broadway Dinner Theatre, Wisconsin Dells. She has performed in Broadway Madison's production of The Rocky Horror Picture Show. She has coached a varsity dance team (taking them to the UDA Nationals, in Florida), and choreographed for other dance teams. She has adjudicated for state dance championships in IL and WI. Tina competes in standard and latin ballroom dance. Tina is currently a member of Kanopy Dance Company. She is certified in Hatha Yoga. She has taught yoga to college, Junior, NHL, and US Gold Medal hockey players. She has worked with Mike Valley (NHL goalie coach for the Dallas Stars) as his yoga instructor for his elite camps.
