The registration fee is due annually at the time the student(s) registers. The registration fee is $15.00 per person/family. The registration fee reserves the student’s placement in class and is used to offset administrative costs. In the event that a student withdraws from a class, this deposit is forfeited.
First month’s tuition is due at the time of registration and is non-refundable. You may register in person or print the registration form out and send in the mail to:

Dance Classes:
0.50 - .75 hour - $40.00 per month
1.0 hour - $48.00 per month
1.25 – 1.5 hours - $68.00 per month
1.75 – 2.0 hours - $86.00 per month (10% discount included)
2.25 – 2.5 hours - $108.00 per month
2.75 – 3.0 hours - $126.00 per month (12% discount included)
3.25 – 3.5 hours – $145.00 per month
3.75 – 4.0 hours – $161.00 per month (16% discount included)
4.25 – 4.5 hours – $172.00 per month
4.75 – 5.0 hours - $192.00 per month (20% discount included)
5.25 – 5.5 hours - $202.00 per month
6.0 hours or more - $220.00 per month (Unlimited classes per student
- $220.00 per month.)
Families receive a 10% discount off total tuition.
Yoga:
$40.00 per month with a 4 month agreement

TUITION IS DUE ON THE FIRST WEEK OF EACH MONTH
Monthly tuition is divided into 9 equal payments for lessons received for a full year dance session (September – May), NOT on lessons per month. Payments are due the first week of each month, regardless of attendance, school closures, etc.
Any payments received after the first week will be charged a non-refundable $5.00 late fee – per week, until payment is received. A $30.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks. Fusion Dance Academy reserves the right to discontinue a student from classes if tuition remains over 30 days unpaid.
Payments may be made by either a personal check or cash, (we prefer personal check payments.) Checks should be made to: Fusion Dance Academy.
All students are invited to participate in the Annual Spring Performance in June 2012. Our Spring performance is an extension of the benefits derived from the dedication of dance training. As part of their participation in the show, students learn showmanship, teamwork skills, memorization of patterns and how to express individual personalities. Dance costumes are required to be purchased for each dance class.
For single classes a $30.00 costume deposit, $35.00 for combo classes is due November 1, 2011. The costume balance will be due no later than January 31st as costumes will be purchased by mid-February. Additional tickets may be purchased through the studio, as well.
